Misc.

Hello,
my name is ron perozzi.

I just bought a bunch of lump crab meat at a special discount, and i'm looking to throw a deep fried crab-cake fest, for friends and family. the person who sold me the stuff said "when you make your patties, you need a binder that keeps the meat together, when deep frying." However, he didnt know what the ingreadients where. If any one out there has a simple recipy for a crab-cake binder.

Your help will be deeply apprieciated.
Thanks,
Ron perozzi
