Recipe: Lawry's Fresh Salsa Ingredients

Toppings - Salsas
This was a great mix, too bad Lawry discontinued it. Found a package, at an estate sale. too bad the owner didnt get to use it, but great they left it for us to try and decode.

Here's the ingredients exactly as listed. If anyone decodes the proportions a follow up post would be appreciated.

- Maltodextrin
- Chopped onion
- Salt
- Tomato powder
- Green Bell Pepper
- Sugar
- Citric Acid
- Jalapeno Pepper and other Spices
- Natural and artificial flavors
- Cilantro flakes
- Garlic
- Xanthan gum (Thickener)
- Silicon dioxide (free flow agent)
