ISO: Cracker-crumb coated fried fish like Luby's serves

I've seen the Luby's recipe that uses worcestershire sauce and flour, but that's not the one I've had there. I'm looking for the recipe that is fried fish using a crushed cracker crumb coating. Does anyone know of that one? It's so good, I'd love to make it at home for my husband!
