ISO: Cranberry bread baked in a soup can

I am searching for a delicious recipe (my husband's Christmas favourite) that I have lost. It has cranberries and chocolate chips (and maybe orange juice?) in it and it is like a loaf but it is baked in soup cans and then sliced into rounds when it is complete. He's very disappointed that I've lost it. Thanks so much to anyone who can help!
