ISO: creplock soup

Misc.
My grandmother used to make creplock soup - it is a chichen based stock with small beef meatballs wraped in a pasta-like shell. She is now 84 years old and has lost the recipe. She recalls getting it from a Jewish cookbook.

Help! I know that if it can be found, or a similar one, our whole family would be greatful. All 4 granddaughters have asked her for this recipe in the last month - by coincidence.

Thanks!
