ISO: deboned thanksgiving turkey

Misc.
About a month ago we saw a program where a gentleman de-boned a turkey and made a meat stuffing for
Thanksgiving dinner. We thought this would be wonderful to try. Please send or let us know where to obtain this recipe. Happy holidays and the best of the season.
