Recipe: Hawaiian Delight

Desserts - Pies and Tarts
Not sure if this is the one, but sounds similar.

HAWAIIAN DELIGHT

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 cup chopped pecans
2 graham cracker pie shells
Graham cracker crumbs (optional, for garnish)

Mix (dry Jello with boiling water. Refrigerate until partially congealed, then whip.

Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Add pineapple. Combine with the jello.

Fold in Cool Whip and add nuts. Pour into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and chill.
