ISO: Desert desserts

I am a first grade teacher for the most wonderful group of students! We are working on a desert unit and I am looking for a way to celebrate the end of an amazing year and our desert unit with a party. I've seen many ideas for "sand cups" but I'd like to incorporate other desert desserts with something simple and not too too sloppy! Any ideas? I really want to wow these kids and show them how much I love being their teacher!
