ISO: Diabetes AND Food Allergies

Misc.
My 3 year old niece was recently diagnosed with juvinile diabetes, which our family is responding to by changing our dietary habits. However, my 1.5 year old niece (the 3 year old's sister) was diagnosed with allergies to Treenuts, Peanuts, Soy and Egg.

I would like to find, if at all possible, recipes for foods that the two of them can share. This means that the food should be sugar free (Splenda is okay) and should not contain peanuts, treenuts, soy or egg products.

Thank you, in advance for any help you can give me. :)
