ISO: Diplomat cake

The diplomat cake is a cake I had in Vancouver, BC at the Bon Ton Bakery. I have not been able to find this recipe anywhere. It is a six-layer rum soaked white sponge & puff pastry cake with rum butter cream inside and out.
