ISO: Dish that can be kept warm in crockpot

We are having a potluck at the office on Wednesday as part of a going away party. Since everyone is bringing things, I won't need to make a huge amount of anything. I am looking for a relativelyy easy dish that I can prepare at home and then bring to the office, keeping it warm in a crock pot. It does not have to be "cooked" in the crockpot...I am thinking about something along the lines of a soup, stew, chowder, chili....my boss has requested seafood chowder - so if you have a tried and true seafood recipe, let me know! (He said he'd pay for the seafood and I would just have to pay for the milk, butter and whatever else..)
