ISO: Easter Macaroni Pie (not sweet)

Hi!
I am in search of an old (I believe) Neapolitan recipe for Easter Macaroni Pie. My Grandma made this every year; but unfortunately we can't find her recipe :( I remember a lot of cheese (chunks), black course pepper and spaghetti or angel hair (not sure). I also remember she served it warm or right from the fridge. The adults enjoyed this pie with a glass of my grandpas homemade red wine! THose were the days!
thanks much and Happy Holidays to all!
