Recipe: Frankfurter and Baked Bean Crown (Lea & Perrins)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
FRANKFURTER AND BAKED BEAN CROWN

2 cans (20 oz each) baked beans (5 cups)
2 teaspoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup chopped pimiento
1 onion, minced
12 frankfurters

Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine beans, Lea & Perrins, green pepper, pimiento and onion. Pour mixture into the casserole.

Stand frankfurters in the beans around the edge of the casserole.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-30 minutes or until beans are piping hot.

Serving suggestion:
Serve with slices of brown bread, pickle relish and raw vegetable sticks.
