ISO: Edamame Entree

Misc.
Hi, I'm Looking for an Edamame (baby soybean) Entree. Looking for a good main dish with the edamame as the main ingreadant. Any other items in the dish can be obtained, so gourmet foods are better; for what I'm doing; then regular foods. Thanks for your help.
