ISO: Egg, Bread Dumplings

Misc.
Does anyone have a recipe for these dumplings that have eggs and bread in it. We usually have this type of dumplings with Chicken Paprikash but I don't have the exact ingredients and how to. My Mom just adds ingrediants and does not measure. Please help!!!
