ISO: eggplant and pasta casserole

Misc.

ISO a receipe for a casserole using eggplant, pasta, and tomato sauce. You slice and brown thinly cut eggplant slices. With some of these you will cover the bottom and sides of a casserole dish, leavong half of the slices hanging over the side. Place cooked pasta, sauce, & parmesan cheese in layers and then cover the top with more slices. Then you take the slices that have been hanging over the side and cover the rest of the top. This can be prepared ahead and refrigerated. After baking, place a plate over the casserole and invert onto the plate. Thus the bottom becomes the top when served.
As you can see, I am missing the fine details. I do know that the eggpland seemed to contain the rest of the ingredient and it was beautiful! kps
