ISO: Envelope Of Fudge Recipe

Does anyone have a recipe for a cookie that is titled (in one case) "Envelope of Fudge"? This is a cookie recipe that looks really good...it is a white dough on the outside that surrounds a fudge center. The center maybe another cookie dough or it might be a brownie. It looks very interesting and yummy! I will appreciate anyone's help!
