ISO: Ethnic Brunch

Misc.
Our ladies group is having an Ethnic Brunch. Each is asked to bring a dish. It is at another person's home and will be around 9:00 in the morning. I don't want to count on using the hostess's oven as others may do the same. I'm open for any ideas other than dessert.
