ISO: "Flowerpot Baking"

I am looking for a recipe for a Mother's Day Luncheon at our preschool to bake
in a clay flowerpot. We would prefer a bread or cake recipe that could be
served with honey as bees and flowers are our theme. If possible, we would like
to make several small, individual breads to serve our moms! Any help would be
greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
