ISO: Freezable Make Ahead Thanksgiving dishes

Misc.
I'm looking for Thanksgiving dishes that can be made the weekend before and frozen. Due to work and family obligations I'll have no time to cook during Thanksgiving week. I already have recipes for frozen mashed potatoes and pumpkin ice cream pie, but would appreciate any other suggestions. Thanks!
