ISO: french beef stew by peg bracken

Misc.
Hello...I had Peg's Book "The I Hate to Cookbook" and made a good beef stew..For some reason I thought it was called French Beef Stew. I may be wrong..was there a recipe for this in her book, or did I make the stay abed stew. I don't remember as I can't find my book. Thanks for any help you can give me. Joanne Olsen
