Karen, Did you ever get the recipe you wanted for pickled eggs, with dried peppers in it? If not let me know, I have a good recipe for these eggs. I ran across your question while searching for a recipe on how to can pickled eggs. I would be happy to share the recipe for pickled eggs. I took these eggs to a local newspaper cook book contest and won first place in that catagory. It is a good one. Janey
