Recipe: Chicken Enchilada Soup (like Chili's) - Here is the one you are needing.

Good morning. Is this what you would be wanting???
CHICKEN ENCHILADA SOUP (LIKE CHILI'S)
1/2 cup veg. oil
1/4 cup chicken base*
3 cups diced yellow onions
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cups masa harina flour
4 quarts water (Divided)
2 cups crushed tomatoes (APPROX 14.5 oz can)
1/2 pound process American cheese, diced into small cubes.(8, oz)Package
3 pounds cooked cubed chicken.
In a large sauce pan place the first 7, ingredients & cook till onions are soft & clear.About 5 minutes.
In a container mix the masa harina with 1 quart of water (4 Cups). Stir this till all lums are disolved. Add to sauteed onions, & bring to a boil.
When mixture boils continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes stirring constantly.
Add remaining 3 qts of water to sauce pan, Add tomatoes, let concoction return to a boil stirring occasionally
Add cheese to pan, cook, till cheese melts. Add chicken, heat thru.
Makes 1 1/2 gallons or 16/20 main-dish servings.
* LeANNA, this product can be purchased at Smart & final stores or thru catalog spice houses. If you cannot get it just use Wylers chicken soup powder. it will work.You can buy this at any super market store.
