ISO: fruit cake made with whipping cream

My mom lost her favorite fruit cake recipe. It was a light colored fruit cake that had heavy cream as one of the ingredients. I am not interested in any other fruit cake recipes, but if you have one that includes heavy cream, we'd be most appreciative!!!
