ISO: Gaston Avenue Bakery Buttercream Icing

I am looking for a buttercream icing recipe that is made with sugar and cooked. There is a bakery in Somerville, New Jersey called Gaston Avenue Bakery that makes this icing and it is to die for. Someone at the bakery told that it was in an old Better Crocker Cook Book but, I have never been able to find it.
