ISO: German punches and desserts

Misc.

I am looking for some German dessert recipes and German punch recipes or beverages (other than beer or wine). for a New Years Eve dinner. Our family has a progressive dinner each Christmas season and we've decided to have ethnic themes. Since the family is German and this is our first year for ethnic, the choice was German foods.

I am searching for moderately easy recipes.

Thank you for any help you can give.
