Recipe: Biscuit-Fish Bake (Bisquick recipe, 1985)

BISCUIT-FISH BAKE

1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
4 square breaded frozen fish fillets (7-oz. pkg.)
Tartar sauce (for serving)

Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9x9x2-inch pan.

Combine first 4 ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in pan. Arrange frozen fillets over dough, pressing lightly.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuit is lightly browned.

Serve with tartar sauce.

Makes 4 servings
