ISO: German Russian Kraut Struedel

Misc.
I am looking for the recipe for a family favorite that my German from Russia Grandmother used to make. She was considered a Volga Deutsche. She made what we call Kraut Struedel. Unfortunately my grandmother passed away without anyone getting the recipe. All we have left is a Americanized version using a bread recipe with ground beef, onions and sauerkraut. Does anyone care to share their recipe? Thank you!
