ISO: Gingerbread Cookie Recipie

I have been trying to find a gingerbread recipie that my mother-in-law gave me years ago and I lost it in a move. I called for 12 oz of mollases and 71/2 cups of flour, no eggs, only 1/4 cup of shortening and all the spices, but there is something else I don't remember. If anybody has a recipie like this please respond.
