In the blender take an onion, 5 cloves of garlic, 3 lemons, 1 bunch of cilantro, vinegar, salt and a jalpeno; blend well.
Put mixture in a baggie and marinate the chicken overnight.
The next day it will be ready to put on the grill or the oven whatever your preference - either way it's delicious and taste just like EPI!
