ISO: Ham Salad like Honey Baked Ham or Heavenly Ham Stores

Looking for a recipe as close as possible to the ham salad sold at the honey baked ham or heavenly ham stores. They're pretty much the same so it must be a pretty generic recipe. Any help would be appreciated - I have a ton of ham to use up!
