Recipe(tried): Deviled Ham or Ham Salad

I really don't have a "recipe" for this but before they started selling the ham salad this is how my mom made it:

1/2 to 1 lb ground Honey Baked Ham
2 to 3 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
1/4 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Mix everything together in a bowl and serve. Adjust the proportions to your liking.

If you don't have the ground ham you can also finely chop it in a food processor. Of course the Honey Baked tastes the best and they usually sell the ground ham in tubs in the freezer section of the store.
