ISO: Has anyone every seen a pasta kabob?

Misc.
Hi...
I am still looking for some unique room temp appetizers. Has anyone ever seen a kabob made with pasta/cheese cube/cherry tomato/cucumber/black olive.....and maybe pepperoni? I was thinking if I threaded them on a little stick and then marinading them in an Italian dressing type thing overnight....that they might be good.
What do you think? Or, have you seen any similar recipe? Thanks for the friendliness here. I have been going through the history...what a great spot.
