ISO: Help me preserve my muffins !

I am a novice baker though I've enjoyed cooking for years. Muffins are what I've been experimenting with. Can anyone help me in the area of preservatives ? My muffins mold within a few days. Am I perhaps wrapping them too soon before they cool completely? I don't want them to dry out. Thanks
