Preserving muffins

Misc.
Personally, I feel it would be sacrilegious to add preservatives to homemade baked goods! Muffins freeze well, so let them cool after baking, then store in plastic storage bags in the freezer. You can also keep them for couple of weeks (or more) in the refrigerator. If you want to serve them warm, heat in the microwave (or regular oven) to the desired temperature. You'll probably have to experiment to find the right length of heating time.
