ISO: High Fiber Low Fat Banana Bread

I was just wondering why the nutrional information on this great sounding banana nut bread recipe didn't stipulate what a "serving" size is? How many will this loaf serve? At least that information would help determine what a serving size is, so that calories, etc. could be estimated.
