ISO: home-canned chicken and noodles

Can anyone tell me how to can my own chicken and noodles? I've searched for recipes, but can only find ones for plain chicken.
Do I cook the chicken first? Do I cook the noodles or just cook them under
pressure? I haven't canned too much, so I'm kinda new to this. Also, if anyone has any other chicken recipes for canning, I would greatly appreciate them.
