I had been looking for this recipe for several years and finally found it; it is low fat and delicious!
PACE PICANTE SAUCE CHICKEN SALAD
2/3 Cup Pace Picante Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1/3 cup chopped toasted pecans
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Stir together picante sauce, mayonnaise, honey and salt. Toss remaining ingredients together. Stir in dressing. Serve chilled.
