ISO: Hot Poppers

Misc.

Does anyone know how to make Hot Poppers? We had some in a restaurant on our trip up North this summer, and was served as an appetizer. It was so good--would love to know how to make them at home. All I know is that it had hot peppers and cheese and was deep fried.
