ISO: Hot potato salad

Misc.
My sister-in-law used to make a hot potatoe salad. I believe she used eggs, cooked potatoes, mayonaise, velveeta, green onion and bacon bits. Does any one have a recipe for this? I remember it tasting like a loaded baked potato casserole.
