ISO: Houston's Sunbelt Salad Recipe?

Hi. I used to live in Houston, Texas and ate often at the Houston's Restaurant there. I adored the Sunbelt Salad there and now that I'm all the way up in Alaska, would like to make it at home. Does anyone have this recipe? Also, I enjoyed their "Chicken and Friends" which was a chicken dish, with cheese and ham on top. Anyone else have that one? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!
