ISO: How to cook fresh blueberries

Misc.
I guess this is not a request for an actual recipe, but for how long to cook the berry to put into a recipe. I know some recipes call for fresh blueberries, but some should be cooked, too, and I've never cooked blueberries before. Somebody help this novice out, please. Thanks.
