Hi Jan :-) Can you give us an example of a recipe that you are thinking of trying that calls for cooked blueberries. That may help us figure out how to help you. Are you looking for a blueberry sauce for pancakes or waffles or to serve over pound cake or ice cream? Do you need them sweetened or unsweetened?
