ISO: How to Freeze Stuffed Shells or Lasagne with it getting watery

I make lasagne and stuffed shells on holidays and when I freeze them they get watery on thawing them out...The shells I freeze on cookie sheets and then put them in freezer bags. The lasagne I make in a corningware 9 x 13....but when I thaw the lasagne it always has a watery top on it...thanks for replying
