Recipe: Family Reunion Cheese Muffins (using Parmesan and Romano cheese)

FAMILY REUNION CHEESE MUFFINS

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place 12 Baker's Choice foil bake cups on a cookie sheet; set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine flours, cheeses, baking powder, dill weed, salt and garlic powder. Add milk, oil and egg; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into bake cups, filling 3/4 full.

Bake 18 to 22 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Makes: 12 muffins
