ISO: How to prevent sticking when rolling out the dough for Pinwheel Peanut Butter Candy?

When you roll this pinwheel PB cookie out, do you roll it in powdered sugar, or flour to keep it from sticking? It sounds like a recipe I'd like to have made before my grandkids wake up this morning.....if at all possible. Thanks
