BRUSSELS SPROUTS LEAVES
14 ounces fresh Brussels Sprouts
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 sprigs fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp. dried)
fresh ground black pepper
Separate the individual Brussels sprouts leaves from the core.
In a large skillet, bring the broth, thyme and pepper to a simmer over Low heat. Stir in the Brussels sprouts leaves. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until tender.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
Servings: 4
