Recipe(tried): Pinwheel Peanut Butter Candy

Desserts - Candy, Chocolate
PINWHEEL PEANUT BUTTER CANDY

This has been made many years in my family,

1 lb powered sugar
3 Tbsp melted butter or more if you like
vanilla to taste
Milk

Mix all ingredents together, powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and enough milk to make the ingredents to a pie dough consistency.

Roll out like you do a pie crust. You will use extra powdered sugar to roll your dough. Roll thin but not to thin.

Spread your peanut butter on top, then roll up like a jelly roll and cut into slices.

You can add mashed potatoes in this also, but we like it much better with out the potatoes.

Hope you enjoy!!
