Recipe: Fruit Salad with Honey Dressing (blender)

FRUIT SALAD WITH HONEY DRESSING

FOR THE HONEY DRESSING:
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon celery seeds
FOR THE FRUIT SALAD:
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
2 cups cubed cantaloupe
2 cups fresh strawberries
1 cup green grapes
2 cups blackberries

TO MAKE THE HONEY DRESSING:
Combine sugar, dry mustard, paprika, salt, honey, lemon juice, and vinegar in container of an electric blender. Cover and blend well. Slowly add oil, continuing to blend until thick. Stir in onion and celery seeds; chill.

TO MAKE THE SALAD:
Combine pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries, and grapes; cover and chill.

TO SERVE:
Add blackberries just before serving, and gently toss. Serve with Honey Dressing.
