ISO: I need your help with a recipe to wow some new friends...

I just met some new friends and we're all getting together to play bunco. I really want the shock value of something really good. The group is having chili and then bringing items to go along with it or dessert. I can also make chili but I've never made it so I'm not sure I want to ;) Let me know your ideas with recipes.
